unexceptionable / unexceptional
Beyond objection versus merely ordinary.
Unexceptionable means open to no objection. Unexceptional means ordinary, not outstanding. An unexceptionable brief can still be unexceptional.
Examples
UseThe affidavit was unexceptionable.
UseThe speech was unexceptional.
AvoidThe affidavit was unexceptional (when you mean no one could object to it).
