unexceptionable / unexceptional
Beyond objection versus merely ordinary.
Unexceptionable means open to no objection. Unexceptional means ordinary, not outstanding. An unexceptionable brief can still be unexceptional.
Examples
Use The affidavit was unexceptionable.
Use The speech was unexceptional.
Avoid The affidavit was unexceptional (when you mean no one could object to it).
