italics / quotation marks for titles
Books and films versus articles and short poems.
Italicize the titles of books, films, plays, newspapers, and long works: Moby-Dick, The New York Times. Use quotation marks for articles, chapters, songs, and short poems: “The Raven.” Do not italicize a title and wrap it in quotation marks too.
Examples
Use She quoted Moby-Dick.
Use She quoted “The Raven.”
Avoid She quoted “The Raven.”
