entitled / titled

Having a right versus bearing a name.

Entitled means having a right: entitled to a refund. Titled means bearing a name: a book titled Gray Rain. A book entitled is old and still seen. Prefer titled for the name of a work.

Examples

Avoid entitled “Keys” (If you mean the name of the memo.)
